Role Summary

We’re looking for an Associate to support global mobility operations, immigration processes, client coordination,



and shared services activities. The role involves working with internal teams, external vendors, and clients to help deliver accurate, timely, and compliant mobility support.

Key Responsibilities

• Support global mobility and immigration case coordination for employees and clients.
• Collect, review, and track required documents for immigration and relocation processes.
• Coordinate with clients, employees, internal teams, and external service providers.
• Maintain accurate case records, trackers, and status updates.
• Support shared services activities such as data entry, reporting, document management, and process administration.
• Monitor deadlines, follow up on pending items, and escalate issues when needed.
• Assist with preparing client updates, dashboards, and operational reports.
