WeConnect Overseas — a leading overseas education consultancy based in Thane — is looking for a Performance Marketing Expert to manage and scale our paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, and other digital platforms.

? Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns on Meta & Google Ads
• Manage budgets and ensure maximum ROI
• Track KPIs and provide detailed campaign performance reports
• Research and test new audience segments, creatives, and ad formats
• Handling social media platforms with basic posting using canva

? Requirements:
• Proven experience with Meta Ads in edtech or overseas education space(mandatory)




• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Analytics, and tracking tools
• Solid analytical and data interpretation skills
• Knowledge of education or service-based marketing is a plus

? Location: Thane (Onsite for Full time or Remote for Freelancers)
? Budget: Upto ₹40000/month for Full time— open to discussion for experienced candidates
? Engagement: Full time
