Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Product Manager to drive pharmaceutical brand growth through effective product positioning, strategic planning, market analysis, and promotional execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand plans aligned with sales and market-share objectives.
• Plan and evaluate promotional campaigns, visual aids, product literature, digital content, and other field-force materials.
• Ensure all promotional communication complies with approved brand and regulatory guidelines.
• Spend a minimum of seven days per month in the field with medical representatives and managers to gather market insights and support execution. Monitor therapy trends, customer needs, sales performance, and competitor activities.




• Prepare and manage product budgets and evaluate the effectiveness and return on marketing investments.
• Engage with hospitals, key opinion leaders (KOLs), conferences, and relevant national and international congresses.
• Coordinate with Sales, Medical, Regulatory, Finance, and other departments for effective brand implementation.
• Review brand performance and recommend corrective actions to achieve business objectives.
