Role Description The New Business & Partnership Lead – Influencer Marketing is a full time, hybrid role based in Delhi, with flexibility for partial work-from-home. This role is responsible for identifying, pitching, and closing new business opportunities with brands and agencies that can benefit from KOLPlanet’s influencer marketing solutions. The person in this position will build and manage strategic partnerships with creators, agencies, and key industry stakeholders, ensuring mutually beneficial collaborations.



Daily responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and product demos, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and campaign execution. The role also involves monitoring market trends, optimizing partnership strategies, and contributing feedback to product and marketing teams to refine offerings.
Qualifications
• Strong Communication skills, including presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
• Proven experience in Influencer Marketing and Social Media Marketing within a brand, agency, or platform environment.
• Background in Public Relations and relationship-building with creators, agencies, and brand partners.
• Track record of consultative Sales, business development, and closing high-value partnerships.
• Comfort working with data and dashboards to interpret campaign performance and ROI.
