Clariti Scan World is a growing chain of diagnostic imaging centres in Kerala. We're established in Perumbavoor, have recent centres under way, and plan to expand across the state. We're looking for a General Manager to run the business and lead that growth.

What you'll do
• Run operations across our centres: scheduling, patient experience, turnaround times and quality
• Lead doctor and hospital outreach with our field marketing team: build referral relationships and track referrals against potential
• Manage the team, including radiographers, front office and marketing staff, and work with our consultant radiologists
• Own the numbers (revenue, costs, collections) and report to the directors




• Lead the setup and launch of new centres as we expand across Kerala

What we're looking for
• 10+ years of experience, including team leadership and P&L; or branch responsibility
• A track record in operations and business development, through relationships and on the ground
• Healthcare, diagnostics or hospital experience is a strong plus
• Comfortable working in Malayalam and English
• Based in, or willing to relocate to, Perumbavoor or nearby
