We’re hiring an AI-Native Growth Marketer at Veribrance.

Veribrance builds AI-powered solutions that help US healthcare practices and clinics automate complex insurance workflows and simplify patient cost estimation.

We’re looking for a creative, commercially minded growth marketer who can help the right customers discover us, understand our value, and become paying customers.

This is a hands-on, high-ownership role: approximately 70% marketing and growth, 30% sales. You’ll work directly with the founder and own meaningful parts of the journey from discovery to product demos to revenue.

What you’ll do

Website Growth, SEO, and AEO
• Improve website messaging, product and use-case pages, landing pages, calls to action, and conversion paths.
• Lead SEO and answer engine optimization initiatives.
• Identify high-intent search opportunities across traditional and AI-powered discovery.
• Use analytics and search data to improve qualified inquiries and demo bookings.

Content and Positioning




• Turn healthcare workflows and AI capabilities into transparent, credible stories.
• Create articles, customer stories, case studies, product explainers, comparison pages, newsletters, and website copy.
• Help shape Veribrance’s positioning and brand voice.
• Understand what resonates with prospective customers and create content that earns attention and builds trust.
• Plan, promote, host, and repurpose webinars, podcasts, interviews, and videos.

Sales Participation
• Qualify inbound leads and conduct discovery conversations.
• Prepare and conduct sales demos tailored to prospect needs.
• Answer questions, follow up consistently, and help convert qualified prospects.
• Use buyer feedback to improve marketing and sales materials.

AI-Enabled Execution
• Use AI tools to accelerate research, SEO analysis, content development, creative experimentation, marketing analytics, and sales preparation.
