Role Description The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with schools and educational institutions, and driving adoption of the Smart School Bus solution. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and lead generation, conducting product presentations and demonstrations, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and managing the sales pipeline.



The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to refine offerings based on market feedback and ensuring a smooth handover to implementation and customer success teams. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow.
Qualifications
• Strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and deal closing.
• Experience in client relationship management, stakeholder engagement, and account growth, preferably in SaaS or technology solutions.
• Solid communication and presentation abilities, with confidence in product demos and discussions with senior decision-makers.
• Analytical and strategic thinking skills to understand customer needs, analyze market trends, and develop effective go-to-market approaches.
• Familiarity with the education sector, transport management, or safety solutions is an advantage.
