Role Description:This is a full time, on-site Inside Sales Executive role based in Bengaluru. The Inside Sales Executive will handle inbound and outbound sales calls, qualify leads, and convert prospects into customers for EARTHY’s Integrated hydration solutions. Responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, updating CRM records, preparing quotations, and coordinating closely with design and operations teams to ensure a smooth customer journey. The role involves engaging with architects, kitchen studios, and end customers,



providing product information, addressing queries, and supporting order closure. The Inside Sales Executive will also follow up on leads from marketing campaigns, schedule product demos, and gather feedback to improve sales processes.

Qualifications:
• Candidates should possess strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills, with experience managing a sales funnel and nurturing prospects.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, handle queries, and maintain long-term relationships.
• Candidates should possess solid Sales skills, including negotiation, objection handling, and closing deals in a consultative selling environment.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in using CRM or sales tracking tools and basic MS Office or Google Workspace applications.
