Role Description The B2B Sales Professional will be responsible for generating and managing corporate leads, building relationships with decision-makers, and promoting Techpaathshala’s training solutions to organizations. This role involves prospecting new business opportunities,



conducting meetings and presentations, understanding client needs, and proposing tailored training packages and hiring solutions. The professional will manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including negotiation, closing deals, and maintaining long-term client partnerships, while coordinating internally with training and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery. The role requires regular reporting on sales performance, market feedback, and pipeline status to support strategic planning. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai.
Qualifications

• Robust B2B sales and business development skills, including prospecting, lead qualification, and pipeline management.
• Experience in client relationship management, stakeholder engagement, and account growth within corporate or education/training markets.
• Ability to conduct effective sales presentations and product demos, with clear communication and negotiation
