We’re hiring a D2C Lead to own the daily operations and growth of our ecommerce business

You’ll turn the founder’s and D2C consultant’s priorities into action, coordinating internal teams and external partners to deliver on time. We want a self-driven owner who anticipates problems and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills & Experience
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in D2C ecommerce, ecommerce operations or online
business management.
- Hands-on experience managing a Shopify-based ecommerce business; Shopify Plus
experience is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of ecommerce operations, website merchandising, promotions,
sales campaigns and the customer purchase journey.
- Experience coordinating developers, marketing teams and cross-functional
stakeholders.
- Strong task management, planning,



follow-up and execution capabilities.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership and make sound day-to-day decisions.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting with changing business priorities.
- Working knowledge of ecommerce analytics and performance metrics.
- Strong communication, problem-solving and organisational skills.
