About the RoleWe are looking for a customer-focused and motivated Sales Executive to join our team at VJ Verma Jewellers. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in sales at a jewellery brand or retail jewellery store, with a strong understanding of jewellery products and customer service.
Key Responsibilities• Assist customers in selecting gold, diamond and other jewellery products based on their preferences and budget.
• Explain product specifications, purity, weight, diamond quality, pricing and making charges.
• Build strong customer relationships and deliver an excellent shopping experience.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Handle customer queries, follow-ups and repeat sales.
• Maintain jewellery displays, product presentation and showroom standards.




• Coordinate with the billing and inventory teams to ensure smooth sales operations.
• Stay updated on gold rates, new collections and jewellery trends.

Requirements• Minimum 2 years of sales experience with a jewellery brand or retail jewellery store.
• Valuable knowledge of gold and diamond jewellery, pricing and product specifications.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
• Customer-oriented approach with a target-driven mindset.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude and willingness to learn.
