Job OverviewFutureOpts Learning Academy is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Inside Sales Executives who can connect with parents, understand students' academic needs, and schedule home counselling sessions. The company will provide leads, and the candidate will be responsible for calling prospective parents, understanding their requirements, and generating counselling appointments.
Key Responsibilities• Make outbound calls to company-provided leads and connect with prospective parents.
• Understand the student's current study pattern, academic challenges, learning habits, and educational requirements.
• Explain the advantages of FutureOpts courses and how they can support students academically.
• Build good relationships with parents through effective communication and follow-ups.
• Identify interested parents and schedule home counselling sessions.
• Coordinate with the counselling team to ensure scheduled meetings are conducted smoothly.
• Maintain lead details, call records,



follow-ups, and appointment updates.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and appointment targets.

Required Skills• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Ability to understand parents' concerns and students' academic needs.
• Confidence in handling cold calls and follow-ups.
• Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on appointment generation.
• Basic computer knowledge and record management skills.
• Prior experience in inside sales, telecalling, or educational counselling will be an advantage.

Salary: 15000 to 25000 per month +upto 10000 Incentive.
