Content & Creative Lead

We are looking for a highly creative and execution-focused professional to lead content and creative initiatives for a fast-growing consumer brand. This role is ideal for someone who has experience managing end-to-end content production, creative campaigns, influencer collaborations, and performance-driven content strategies within a D2C setting.

The ideal candidate is proactive, business-savvy, comfortable working with senior stakeholders and public personalities, and capable of managing high-visibility content projects from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the complete creative content pipeline from ideation to final delivery.
• Lead the development of performance marketing creatives and social media content.
• Track industry trends, consumer insights, competitor campaigns, and emerging content formats.
• Collaborate with influencers, creators, agencies, designers,



and video editors to produce impactful content.
• Plan and manage content shoots, production schedules, and creative calendars.
• Work closely with marketing teams to optimize content based on campaign performance and audience engagement.
• Drive creative execution for product launches, brand campaigns, and promotional initiatives.
• Support CRM and retention marketing initiatives through engaging content assets.
• Manage external vendors, freelancers, and production partners as required.
• Ensure content quality, consistency, and timely delivery across channels.
