ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager with a proven track record in sales leadership, channel development, and business expansion. The ideal candidate will drive regional growth, strengthen dealer and distributor networks, lead sales teams, and establish Himalayan Adhesives as a preferred brand across Madhya Pradesh.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Expand the dealer, distributor, contractor, and project sales network across Madhya Pradesh.
• Lead, mentor, and manage sales teams to maximize productivity and market coverage.
• Build robust relationships with dealers, distributors, builders, contractors, and institutional clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market developments.




• Drive product visibility, brand promotion, dealer engagement, and promotional schemes.
• Monitor sales performance, outstanding payments, market share, and regional profitability.
• Coordinate with senior management to implement business plans and achieve strategic objectives.

CANDIDATE PROFILE
• Minimum 15 years of sales experience, preferably in tile adhesives, construction chemicals, building materials, cement, or allied industries.
• Proven expertise in regional sales management, distribution expansion, and revenue growth.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, team management, and relationship-building skills.
• Established market knowledge and a solid professional network across Madhya Pradesh will be an advantage.
• Ability to manage sales targets, channel profitability, collections, and business development initiatives.
