About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic B2C Holiday Sales Executive to handle customer enquiries generated through our website, social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns.
The ideal candidate should have experience in selling holiday packages, handling customer calls and converting online leads into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities• Call and handle customer enquiries received through our website, Google Ads, Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp.
• Understand customers’ travel requirements, budgets and preferences.
• Sell domestic India holidays and international outbound holiday packages.
• Prepare quotations and follow up with customers until booking confirmation.
• Convert incoming leads into confirmed sales and achieve monthly targets.
• Coordinate with the reservations and operations teams.




• Maintain lead records, follow-ups and sales reports.
• Upsell hotels, sightseeing, transfers and activities wherever appropriate.

Candidate Profile• 2–4 years of experience in B2C holiday package sales or travel sales.
• Positive knowledge of domestic and international holiday destinations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and customer-handling skills.
• Experience handling digital leads and closing sales over the phone.
• Familiarity with WhatsApp Business, Excel and CRM systems.
• Target-driven, confident and customer-focused.
