? Key Responsibilities• Lead industrial construction and infrastructure projects from planning to execution.
• Manage factory setup, plant expansion, and infrastructure development.
• Supervise site operations, contractors, vendors, and project teams.
• Handle project budgeting, cost control, quality, and timelines.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and building codes.
• Oversee civil maintenance, repairs, and structural integrity of industrial facilities.
• Coordinate with plant heads, consultants, and key stakeholders.





? Required Skills• Extensive experience in civil project management within the automotive or manufacturing industry.
• Strong expertise in industrial construction, factory infrastructure, and project execution.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, structural engineering, and project management tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
