Role Description The Trainee role at Sagility is a contract, on-site position based in Coimbatore. In this role, the trainee will support healthcare operations processes, including data entry, documentation,



and basic analysis under the guidance of experienced team members. Daily responsibilities may include handling customer or patient information, following standard operating procedures, collaborating with colleagues to meet service-level targets, and using company tools and systems to complete assigned tasks accurately. The trainee will be expected to learn and adhere to compliance requirements, maintain quality and productivity standards, and participate in training sessions to build skills and progress within the organization.

Job Requirements – Freshers (2025/2026 Graduates)

• Any degree completed in 2025 or 2026; healthcare.
Business, or IT background is not required.
• Must be able to work in office in Coimbatore on a full-time, shift-based schedule.
• Must be available for the evening shift: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM.
