Role Description The Partnerships Coordinator is a full time, remote role based in India. This position involves identifying and nurturing relationships with nonprofit organizations, technology partners, and other stakeholders aligned with People4Good’s mission. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting strategic partnership initiatives, coordinating meetings and presentations, managing partnership pipelines, and tracking progress against partnership goals. The role also includes collaborating with internal teams to align partnership activities with ongoing projects, preparing proposals and reports, managing events and assisting in outreach and engagement efforts.



The Partnerships Coordinator ensures smooth communication between partners and People4Good, helping deliver impactful and sustainable collaborations.

Qualifications
• Candidates should possess skills in Partnerships and Strategic Partnerships to develop, manage, and grow mission-aligned collaborations.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to engage stakeholders, present ideas clearly, and maintain effective relationships.
• Candidates should possess Project Management skills to coordinate partnership activities, meet timelines, and manage multiple initiatives such conducting events etc..
• Candidates should possess Persuasion and negotiation skills to support outreach, negotiate terms, and articulate the value of collaboration with People4Good.
