Key Responsibilities:
• Support NPD projects from concept to product launch.
• Coordinate with Design, Production, Quality, Purchase, Sales and Service teams.
• Assist in machine testing, product improvement and technical documentation.
• Support competitor benchmarking and customer feedback analysis.
• Track NPD timelines, action points and project status.
• Assist in cost reduction, standardization and product quality improvement.
• Support preparation of product specifications, BOMs, reports and presentations.
Qualification: Degree in Mechatronics Engineering or a relevant M.Sc. qualification.
Experience: Fresher / 0–2 years.
Key Skills: Technical aptitude, problem-solving, MS Excel, communication, coordination and willingness to learn.
