What You’ll Do
• Create short-form reels for Instagram & LinkedIn.
• Come up with creative, relatable and trending reel ideas.
• Write short scripts, hooks and captions.
• Shoot/edit engaging 15–60 sec videos.
• Track trending formats, sounds and content styles.
• Create content around HR, recruitment, workplace & career topics.

What We’re Looking For
• Strong creativity and confidence in front of/behind the camera.
• Good understanding of Instagram & LinkedIn Reels.
• Basic video editing skills — CapCut, Canva, VN, Premiere Pro etc.
• Ability to turn straightforward ideas into engaging short videos.
• A portfolio or sample reels will be a plus.
