About the Role
Perona is seeking a Production Merchandiser to manage the end-to-end execution of product development and production processes. The role requires coordination with vendors, factories, sourcing partners, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery, quality compliance, and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate product development from sampling to bulk production.
• Work closely with design, sourcing, and production teams.
• Follow up with vendors and manufacturers on production timelines.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and delivery schedules.
• Track order status and proactively address production delays.
• Manage costing, consumption sheets, and production documentation.
• Coordinate fabric, trims, and accessory sourcing requirements.




• Conduct production planning and capacity assessments with vendors.
• Maintain production calendars and reporting dashboards.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Technology, Apparel Production, Textile Management, or related field.
• 3–6 years of production merchandising experience in fashion/apparel.
• Strong vendor management and sourcing knowledge.
• Understanding of garment construction and production processes.
• Ability to manage multiple production cycles simultaneously.
