Role Description The Sales Marketing Manager at UEIBI is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon. This position is responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to drive adoption of the EMPLOYEE REVIEW SYSTEM among corporate clients. Day-to-day activities include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and demos, managing the sales pipeline, and closing business opportunities.



The role also involves planning and implementing marketing campaigns, creating sales collateral, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with product and customer success teams to refine messaging and improve client engagement. The Sales Marketing Manager is expected to track performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and contribute to long-term growth initiatives.
