Roles & Responsibilities:
• Define and own the QA strategy, roadmap, budget and tooling across all products and services engagements.
• Set release quality gates and sign-off standards, including customer-specific releases.
• Scale test automation in CI/CD and take AI-driven testing from pilot to production.
• Set performance testing standards and work with DevOps on build-level quality gates.
• Be the senior quality contact for customer escalations, audits and critical defects.
• Define go-live readiness standards for Qualified Services implementations.
• Build and lead a strong QA team and a second line of leaders.
• Report quality metrics to the CEO, leadership team and Board.





Ideal Candidate Profile:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or a related field.
• 15-20 years in software QA, with 6+ years leading QA teams.
• Release quality ownership for enterprise SaaS with parallel release trains.
• Strong in test automation, API testing and CI/CD.
• Experience applying AI to testing, with measurable results.
• Enterprise implementation experience (configuration, integration, data migration).
• Ability to lead through influence in a matrix organisation, with Board-level presence.
• Preferred: GRC knowledge (SOX, risk, audit), ServiceNow GRC, Archer or SAP GRC exposure, ISTQB, CISA or CRISC.
