Indus Trust, which runs Indus International Schools in Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, 10X , ITARI and Belagavi, is looking for a senior academic leader to work directly with the top management.
The Role
• Advise the top management leadership team on academic strategy, STEM curriculum and institutional growth
• Lead strategic projects across campuses
• Represent the Trust with academic bodies, universities and industry partners
• Mentor school leadership teams
What We’re Looking For?
• PhD in a STEM discipline (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics)
• 25–30+ years of distinguished experience, preferably as a Senior Professor / Professor in a reputed university or institution, or in research or education leadership
• Track record of working with boards, CEOs or senior leadership
• Robust strategic thinking, communication and stakeholder management
• International exposure or IB familiarity preferred
