Role Description The Fundraising and Partnerships Intern will support the expansion and strengthening of MAD’s funding base and strategic partnerships. This is a full-time hybrid role, based in Coimbatore, with some flexibility for work from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching potential donors and partners, preparing outreach lists, and assisting in drafting proposals, pitch decks, and grant applications. The intern will help coordinate communication with existing and prospective partners, schedule meetings, take minutes, and track follow-ups in relevant databases. Additional tasks include supporting fundraising campaigns and events, creating basic reports and presentations, maintaining documentation of partnership activities, and collaborating with internal teams to gather impact stories and data needed for donor communication.
