Role Description The Owner role at Corporate Connects is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Indore Area. The individual in this role will lead overall business strategy, oversee operations across multiple outsourcing domains, and ensure service delivery meets client expectations. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and negotiating contracts and partnerships. The Owner will manage key teams, set performance goals, allocate resources, and monitor financial performance to drive sustainable growth. This role also involves representing the company in industry forums, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and promoting a culture of professionalism, integrity, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
• Solid leadership, people management, and decision-making skills to guide teams and drive organizational performance.
• Proven experience in business development, client relationship management, and contract negotiation, ideally within outsourcing or offshoring services.




• Solid understanding of operations management, process optimization, and service delivery across sectors such as IT, BFSI, FMCG, e-commerce, and healthcare.
• Financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L; management, with the ability to align financial goals with strategic priorities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse internal and external teams.
• Experience working with offshore and distributed teams, and familiarity with industry best practices in outsourcing and talent management.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, or equivalent entrepreneurial experience.
• Demonstrated ability to work on-site in the Greater Indore Area, with flexibility to travel for client meetings and business development as needed.
