We are looking for a proactive, creative, and result-oriented Influencer Marketing Executive with prior experience in influencer marketing to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales through strategic influencer collaborations.

Role Overview
As an Influencer Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for identifying relevant influencers, managing creator outreach, negotiating collaboration terms, coordinating campaigns, and tracking performance. The ideal candidate should have 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in influencer marketing and a strong understanding of influencer outreach and campaign management.

Key Responsibilities




• Identify and research relevant influencers and content creators across Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
• Conduct daily influencer outreach through Instagram DMs, emails, and WhatsApp.
• Negotiate collaboration terms, budgets, deliverables, and timelines with influencers.
• Manage barter and paid influencer collaborations.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers and content creators.
• Coordinate campaign briefs, product dispatches, content approvals, and publishing schedules.
• Follow up with creators to ensure timely delivery of Reels, Stories, and other agreed content.
• Track campaign performance, including views, reach, engagement, and conversions wherever measurable.
• Maintain influencer databases, campaign trackers, and performance reports using MS Excel or Google Sheets.
