We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Lead Generation Executive to identify potential clients, generate qualified leads, support business development activities, and help expand our domestic and international client base.

Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & B2B Prospecting
• Identify potential clients through LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calling, and other channels.
• Research businesses, decision-makers, founders, and marketing managers.




• Build targeted prospect lists for Indian and international markets.
• Follow up with prospects and schedule meetings.

2. LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify relevant prospects and decision-makers.
• Apply search filters to target suitable industries and businesses.
• Send personalized outreach messages and track responses.
• Maintain an organized database of leads and prospects.

3. Upwork Bidding & Client Outreach
• Search for relevant projects related to 3D animation, CGI, VFX, web development, branding, and digital services.
• Assist in preparing customized and professional project proposals.
• Monitor job opportunities and follow up on client inquiries.
• Learn and improve bidding strategies to generate business opportunities.

4. Lead Management & Reporting
• Maintain records of leads, outreach, follow-ups, and responses.
• Update CRM software or spreadsheets regularly.
