? We're Hiring | Head of Due Diligence – Practice Building, Operations & Business Development

At VeloxCheck, we are strengthening our Due Diligence vertical and looking for a senior industry professional who understands the business from the ground up — from investigation methodology and report preparation to commercial pricing, client acquisition and profitability.

We are looking for a hands-on practice leader, not just an operations manager or salesperson.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage end-to-end due diligence operations for Indian and international clients.
- Develop service-wise SOPs, investigation methodologies, report formats and quality-control standards.
- Establish pricing models, ticket sizes, cost sheets and vendor rate cards across different due diligence services and geographies.
- Build reliable research, investigation and intelligence-source networks.
- Lead business development, client meetings, proposals, negotiations and enterprise partnerships.
- Manage corporate, promoter/director,



vendor, partner, leadership, financial, legal, reputation and enhanced due diligence assignments.
- Establish service-level profitability, operational efficiency and scalable delivery processes.
- Work directly with the leadership team to build a commercially sustainable due diligence practice.

Ideal Candidate
- 10+ years of relevant experience preferred.
- Prior experience in a due diligence, corporate intelligence, investigations or risk advisory firm.
- Strong practical knowledge of both investigation execution and business development.
- Demonstrable experience with client pricing, actual delivery costs, report formats, vendor management and commercial negotiations.
- Ability to establish processes, train the team and build a business vertical from the ground up.
