About the role
We’re an affiliate network running CPS, CPL and CPI offers from global brands and networks such as Impact and Accesstrade. We want a media buyer who can pick offers, buy traffic on Meta with our money, and make it profitable. This is not a brand-ads role. Your only scorecard is: money in vs money out.
What you’ll do
• Shortlist affiliate offers (CPS, CPL, CPI) across GEOs and verticals based on payout, EPC, conversion flow and compliance.
• Plan and launch Meta campaigns for those offers: structure, audiences, bidding, budgets.
• Build and test creatives (static, video, UGC-style) and landing/pre-landing pages with the team.
• Run disciplined tests: small budgets, clear kill/scale rules, fast decisions.
• Scale winners profitably across GEOs and ad accounts.
• Set up and check tracking: pixel, CAPI, postbacks, UTMs, tracker (Trackier or similar).
• Manage ad account health:



policy compliance, account warming, backups, avoiding bans.
• Report daily on spend, revenue, profit and ROI per offer; share weekly learnings.
• Work with our affiliate managers to get better payouts, caps and new offers.

Targets you’ll own
• Net profit (revenue minus ad spend) per month
• ROI per offer and overall (target: 30%+ on scaled campaigns)
• Time to profitability on new offers (first verdict within 7–10 days)
• Number of offers moved from test to scale each month
• Zero avoidable account bans

Must-have
• Hands-on experience running Meta ads for affiliate/CPA offers (not just agency client work)
• Proof of profitable campaigns: screenshots or reports showing spend, revenue and ROI
• Solid with Ads Manager, pixel/CAPI, and at least one tracker
• Experience with international GEOs (US, UK, EU, LATAM, SEA or Tier-2/3 markets)
• Comfortable with numbers: CPA, EPC, CR, ROAS, brea
