• Extensive experience with Kafka, GoldenGate, and distributed messaging systems
• Deep understanding of DDD, CQRS, event-driven systems, and Clean Architecture
• Proven ability to architect and guide enterprise-grade integration platforms
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, mentor developers, and foster a team-oriented engineering culture
• Strong project management and agile delivery experience using tools like Jira
• Skilled in technical documentation, architecture reviews, and code quality governance
