? Job SummaryQloron Technology is looking for an experienced Principal Architect – ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) to lead architecture and migration initiatives for a large-scale enterprise project.
The ideal candidate must have strong ServiceNow architectural expertise, experience delivering complex implementations, and the ability to guide and coordinate 4–5 Solution/Technical Architects. The project has already started, and we are looking for a suitable candidate to join as soon as possible.
? Key Responsibilities• Lead ServiceNow CSM architecture across complex enterprise projects.
• Provide technical direction, architectural guidance, and recommendations to other architects.
• Manage and coordinate a team of 4–5 Solution/Technical Architects.
• Design and build scalable migration tooling to migrate metadata from legacy systems into ServiceNow modules, including CSM, FSM, WSD,



and others.
• Automate metadata mapping and loading through agents and tools.
• Develop automation solutions and APIs for routing rules, record producers, and other ServiceNow configurations.
• Test, maintain, and enhance migration tooling to support the migration of legacy case management systems.
• Ensure architecture quality, scalability, maintainability, and alignment with project requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver migration objectives.

? Required Skills & Qualifications• 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow.
• Demonstrated experience across 3+ real-world ServiceNow projects.
• Previous experience performing the ServiceNow Principal Architect role.
• Solid expertise in ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM).
• Experience overseeing and advising architects on complex projects.
• Ability to manage and coordinate 4–5 Solution/Technical Ar
