Role OverviewWe are looking for a motivated, articulate, and coachable Business Development Executive to support our lead generation and business development efforts for IT staff augmentation services.
This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to one year of experience who are eager to learn B2B sales, technology consulting, and international client acquisition. You will work closely with a senior Business Development qualified who will provide hands-on guidance, training, and mentorship throughout your learning journey.




We value communication skills, willingness to learn, consistency, and a proactive attitude more than prior sales experience.

Key Responsibilities• Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients, companies, decision-makers, and hiring opportunities for IT staff augmentation services.
• LinkedIn Outreach: Connect with founders, CEOs, CTOs, engineering leaders, HR leaders, and recruitment decision-makers through LinkedIn.
• Email Outreach: Draft and send personalized cold emails to prospective clients to generate interest and initiate business conversations.
• Cold Calling: Reach out to prospective clients, communicate our services confidently, and identify potential business opportunities.
• Prospect Research: Build and maintain a database of potential clients, target accounts, and relevant decision-makers.
• CRM & Sales Tools: Learn to use tools such as Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sa
