Role Description The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing current business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and nurturing prospects through the sales cycle. Day-to-day activities include researching target markets, conducting outreach via calls, emails, and social channels, delivering product presentations and demos,



and coordinating with internal teams to tailor solutions for prospective clients. The role also includes managing key accounts, maintaining accurate CRM records, preparing proposals, and tracking performance against sales targets. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Gurugram, with a mix of in-office collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility.
Qualifications
• Strong new business development and lead generation skills, with the ability to build and manage a robust sales pipeline.
• Proficient in using tools like Apollo.io, Lusha and others
• Solid business acumen and understanding of SaaS or technology-driven solutions, ideally in CRM, customer engagement, or related domains.
• Excellent communication skills, including clear verbal communication, professional writing, and confident presentation abilities.
