1. Job Summary
Star Bio Pharma is looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated, and career-oriented fresh graduates to join our Business Development Team.
The selected candidate will be responsible for lead generation, customer communication, sales coordination, follow-ups, and developing new business opportunities. This position provides an excellent opportunity for freshers to gain practical experience in B2B business development, sales, customer relationship management, and the pharmaceutical/nutraceutical industry.

2. Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Business Development
• Identify potential customers and new business opportunities through various channels.
• Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, online platforms, references, and other sources.
• Research prospective customers and understand their business requirements.
• Qualify leads based on customer requirements and business potential.




• Maintain a consistent pipeline of prospective customers.

Customer Communication
• Contact prospective and existing customers through telephone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other professional communication channels.
• Understand customer requirements and provide relevant product information.
• Explain product specifications, applications, availability, and other relevant details.
• Maintain skilled and positive relationships with customers.

Sales Coordination & Follow-Up
• Follow up regularly with prospective customers regarding inquiries, quotations, samples, and orders.
• Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, product availability, documentation, samples, and order processing.
• Schedule customer meetings, online meetings, and product discussions.
• Ensure timely follow-up until the inquiry is converted into a business opportunity or order.
