? What We’re Looking For

Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi; knowledge of regional languages is an added advantage.
Confidence in communicating with customers over the phone.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, and CRM/customer support tools.
Robust follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple customer requests while maintaining accuracy.
A patient, responsible, and solution-oriented attitude.
Prior experience in customer support, healthcare, insurance, diagnostics, or hospital coordination is preferred.
