creative and proactive Social Media Executive who can help strengthen our online visibility
through engaging videos, AI-powered creatives and compelling social media content.

Role Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Social Media Executive who understands social media trends,
short-form video content and digital storytelling. The ideal candidate should be comfortable
appearing on camera or creating face-led video content, using AI tools to develop creatives,
and writing engaging copy for different social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities
• Content Creation: Plan, record and edit engaging reels, short-form videos and other social media content, including face-led videos.
• AI-Generated Creatives: Use AI tools to create visually appealing graphics, images,



videos and other digital content.
• Copywriting: Write compelling captions, hooks, post descriptions, creative copy and calls to action.
• Social Media Management: Create, schedule and publish content across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and other relevant platforms.
• Content Planning: Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with the company's brand, objectives and communication strategy.
• Trend Research: Identify relevant social media trends, formats and content ideas to improve audience engagement and reach.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor content performance, reach, engagement and other relevant metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all published content follows the company's brand voice, messaging and visual identity.

Requirements
• Min. 6 months hands-on experience in social media management and content creation.
