Tendering & Bidding Responsibilities:
• Identify, monitor, and track Government, PSU, Private Sector, and EPC tenders to explore recent business opportunities.
• Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, commercial terms, and submission deadlines.
• Prepare, compile, and submit technical bids, commercial bids, BOQs, and supporting documents.
• Manage GeM (Government e-Marketplace), e-procurement portals, vendor registrations, and tender-related activities.
• Coordinate with sales, technical, quality, and accounts teams to ensure timely documentation and bid submission.
• Maintain tender records, monitor bid status and results, follow up with clients, and identify profitable business opportunities.
