Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Operations Associate to manage
customer queries, resolve order-related issues, and ensure smooth coordination between
customers, delivery partners, and internal teams. The role requires robust communication
skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Handle customer queries across calls, WhatsApp, email, and other customer support
channels.




• Manage order-related requests, including order status, delivery delays, cancellations,
exchanges, returns, refunds, and product-related queries.
• Coordinate with warehouse, store operations, and delivery partners to ensure timely
order fulfilment and resolution of delivery issues.
• Proactively communicate with customers regarding order updates, delays, and
service-related concerns.
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining a high standard of
customer experience.
• Take ownership of customer issues from initiation to resolution, ensuring timely
follow-ups and clear communication.
• Identify recurring customer complaints and operational bottlenecks and share
feedback with relevant teams to improve processes.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, resolutions, and
order-related issues.
• Assist in managing escalations and ensure that unresolved issues are addressed
