About the Role:
Art Of The Build (AOTB) is looking for a proactive, organized and hands-on Studio Coordinator to oversee daily studio operations, coordinate projects and teams, and lead the firm's marketing activities.
This role requires someone who can independently manage workflows, maintain smooth coordination between stakeholders, and build a consistent brand presence that supports business growth. The ideal candidate will take ownership, solve problems proactively, and ensure that operational and marketing activities are delivered efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
1. Studio Operations & Administration
- Manage daily studio operations, schedules, meetings, office facilities, vendors and essential services.
- Establish and maintain standard operating procedures, documentation systems and organized digital records.
- Coordinate recruitment logistics, onboarding, attendance, leave records, payroll inputs and employee administration.
- Track operating expenses, subscriptions, renewals,



purchases and administrative budgets.
2. Project & Client Coordination
- Maintain a central project tracker covering milestones, deliverables, dependencies, deadlines and responsibilities.
- Coordinate with Architects, clients, consultants, vendors and external service providers to ensure timely execution.
- Organize meetings, document decisions, track action items and follow up on pending approvals and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress, identify delays or scheduling conflicts, and recommend solutions.
- Support proposals, invoices, receivables, project documentation and project closure activities.
3. Marketing & Social Media Management
- Develop and execute marketing plans, content calendars and campaigns aligned with business goals.
- Manage social media channels, including content planning, captions, project stories, posts, reels and audience engagement.
