? Job Details
• Position: Full-Time Mentor / Online Tutor
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Work Mode: Remote (Work From Home)
• Shift Timing: 12:30 AM – 8:30 AM( With 2 hours break)
• Break: 2 hours
• Working Hours: 6 hours per day
• Fixed Salary: ₹35,000 per month
• Incentives: Up to ₹10,000

? Key Responsibilities
• Conduct live, interactive online classes for children.
• Explain concepts clearly and make learning engaging and easy to understand.
• Encourage student participation and maintain a positive learning environment.




• Support students in developing their knowledge, skills, and confidence.
• Ensure consistency and professionalism while conducting scheduled classes.

✅ Mandatory Requirements
• Strong communication and explanation skills.
• Passion for teaching and working with children.
• Ability to conduct engaging online learning sessions.
• Patience, responsibility, and a student-focused approach.
• Availability to work the specified shift.
• Commitment to the full-time role and scheduled working hours.

• Fixed monthly salary of ₹35,000
• Additional incentives of up to ₹10,000
