Role Description The Sales Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. The Sales Specialist will engage with prospective and existing customers to understand their travel needs,



present suitable tour packages, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings. Daily responsibilities include managing leads, conducting follow-ups via phone, email, and in-person meetings, preparing quotations and itineraries in coordination with the operations team, and maintaining accurate sales records in internal systems. The role involves collaborating with colleagues to meet sales targets, providing pre- and post-sales support to ensure a positive client experience, and participating in promotional activities or training sessions as needed. The Sales Specialist will also gather customer feedback and market insights to help refine products and sales strategies.
