Role Overview
We are looking for a Channel Sales Manager to build and manage our network of
commercial real estate brokers, International Property Consultants (IPCs) and channel partners.The
role will focus on generating qualified leads, driving site visits, converting opportunities into signed
agreements and achieving occupancy and revenue targets across Beyond Work centres.The ideal
candidate should have strong relationships within Hyderabad's commercial real estate ecosystem
and experience in leasing, managed offices or flexible workspaces.

Key Responsibilities
1.Channel Partner Development
● Build and maintain relationships with IPCs such as JLL, CBRE, Cushman & Wakefield,
Colliers and other commercial real estate consultants.




● Identify, onboard and activate local commercial real estate brokers and channel partners.
● Develop a solid referral network to generate a consistent pipeline of qualified enterprise
clients.
● Conduct regular partner meetings, property walkthroughs and networking activities.
● Ensure Beyond Work properties remain top-of-mind among active channel partners.

2. Lead Generation & Sales Conversion
● Generate qualified leads through channel partners for managed office and coworking
requirements.
● Understand client requirements, including seat count, location, budget, timelines and
customization needs.
● Coordinate site visits, commercial proposals and negotiations with prospective clients.
● Work closely with the Head of Sales to convert opportunities into signed agreements.
● Drive occupancy and revenue growth across existing and upcoming centres.
