Role Overview:
As a Business Development Executive – Inside Sales, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, making outbound calls, generating leads, building customer relationships, and converting prospects into sales opportunities. This is a desk-based calling role that requires solid communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a passion for achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilites:-
• Cold Calling & Lead Generation:



Make outbound calls to prospective customers, schools, coaching institutes, teachers, distributors, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and build a strong pipeline of potential customers.
• Sales Conversion: Understand customer requirements, pitch relevant Oswaal Books products, and convert leads into orders.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective customers through regular follow-ups.
• Lead Follow-ups: Follow up with interested prospects, share product information, and drive conversions.
• Market Research: Identify potential customer segments, maintain prospect databases, and gather market insights.
• Sales Targets: Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, qualified leads, follow-ups, and sales.
