Role Description The Procurement Manager at The Trost will oversee end-to-end procurement activities, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing of raw materials, packaging, and services. This full-time, in office role in Delhi, India includes evaluating and managing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and maintaining strong vendor relationships aligned with quality and sustainability standards. The role involves monitoring market trends,



optimizing inventory levels, and collaborating with production, quality, and finance teams to support smooth operations and compliance. The Procurement Manager will also implement procurement policies, track key performance metrics, and continuously improve sourcing strategies to support the company’s growth in hemp-based wellness.
Qualifications
• Strong procurement and supplier evaluation skills, with experience managing end-to-end sourcing processes.
• Proficiency in contract negotiation and contract management to secure favorable terms and ensure compliance.
• Solid analytical skills for cost analysis, demand forecasting, and vendor performance monitoring.
• Experience in FMCG, wellness, agriculture, or related industries is highly beneficial.
