Job Brief: Execution and monitoring of the project after order receipt
Responsibilities -
• Follow up with Principals, Design Team, Installation Team, Customer.
• Visit customers regularly to understand their requirements.
• Co-ordinate with the factory; visit the factory
• Help execute projects profitably and efficiently
• Drive Procurement activities and help the procurement team with available alternatives.
• Installation & commissioning planning along with the Service Manager
• Budgeting and adhering to cost control
• Maintaining and preparing the project planning sheet and updating the same for lead time/delays.
• Keeping management, team, and customer informed about the timelines
Qualifications and Skills-
• Valuable & Clear Communication
• Have an engineering background and/or understanding of food processing/FMCG projects
• Should understand commercial terms, Incoterms
• Read and understand drawings
• Experience in project management tools like Microsoft Project or any other
• Experience in Equipment manufacturing / Material Handling / Automation / FMCG / Food Processing / Potato processing would be a plus.
• Detail-oriented, deadline-driven.
