Role Purpose
To lead client relationships, drive strategic thinking and deliver integrated marketing and communication solutions across traditional and digital channels. The Account Director is responsible for understanding clients’ business objectives, translating them into effective brand and marketing strategies, ensuring excellent execution, and identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts.
The role requires a solid understanding of digital marketing, social media, content, performance marketing and data-led communication, alongside conventional advertising and brand building.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key client stakeholders.
- Develop a thorough understanding of clients’ businesses, categories, consumers, competition and marketing objectives.
- Act as the senior point of contact for assigned accounts and proactively address client needs.
- Build client confidence through strategic inputs, proactive recommendations and consistent delivery.

Brand Strategy and Integrated Planning
- Translate business and marketing objectives into effective brand and communication strategies.
- Lead the development of annual brand plans, campaign briefs and integrated communication roadmaps.
- Integrate traditional advertising, digital marketing, social media, content and other relevant channels into cohesive brand solutions.
- Bring consumer insights, category intelligence, cultural trends and competitive analysis into strategic recommendations.
- Identify opportunities for brands to strengthen their positioning, relevance and engagement across consumer touchpoints.

3. Digital Marketing and Social Media
- Develop a strong understanding of digital ecosystems and their role in achieving brand and business objectives.
- Lead client discussions on digital strategy, social media, content planning, audience engagement and online brand building.
