Position Overview
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to connect with potential customers, explain Fit.Zone memberships, follow up on enquiries, and convert leads into paying members. Someone who is confident can connect with potential customers over phone, understand needs, explain products and services, convert leads into succesful sales.

To: Sales Lead / Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads.
• Explain Fit.Zone membership plans, benefits, pricing, and features. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable membership options.
• Convert enquiries into registrations and paid memberships.
• Follow up with interested leads through calls and WhatsApp.
• Handle customer questions and basic objections professionally.
• Maintain accurate call records, lead status, and follow-up schedules.
• Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.



Work towards daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Strong verbal communication and convincing skills.
• Fluency in Kannada, English and Hindi, or other regional languages are an advantage.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with potential customers.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with spreadsheets or CRM tools.
• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
• Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer engagement is an advantage.
