Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for a Lead Generation Trainee / Business Development Trainee at Scalex Technology Solutions. The trainee will support the business development team by researching target markets, identifying potential clients, and building prospect lists using online tools and professional networks. Daily responsibilities include reaching out to leads via email, social media, and calls, qualifying prospects based on defined criteria, and scheduling meetings or demos for senior team members. The role involves maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, preparing basic reports on lead status and conversion metrics, and coordinating with sales and marketing teams to align outreach with campaigns. The trainee will also learn to present the company’s services, understand client needs at a high level, and continuously refine outreach strategies based on feedback and performance data.
