Required: Project Manager

Role Summary:
We are looking for a Project Manager to manage end-to-end execution of commercial office interior fit-out projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, cost control, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, manage, and execute commercial interior fit-out projects as per approved drawings, budgets, and timelines.
• Supervise site execution of civil, carpentry, and finishing works (excluding MEP).
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, design, procurement teams, contractors, and vendors.
• Monitor project progress, manpower, material availability, quality, and safety standards.
• Manage BOQs, project costs, vendor coordination, billing, and variations.




• Prepare project progress reports and ensure timely snagging and handover.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design.
• 5–8 years of experience in commercial office interiors or interior fit-out projects.
• Robust knowledge of site execution, finishing works, BOQs, budgeting, and project coordination.
• Excellent team management, client handling, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Preferred: Experience in corporate office interiors and turnkey design-and-build projects.
